Chiptuning is the process of changing performance, torque and sometimes fuel by transferring it to your vehicle's engine control unit (ECU). The process is done at the software level of the vehicle and mechanical changes can be made.

Under official warranty coverage, some brands may exclude chiptuning applications from warranty. Therefore, it is important to check the warranty conditions of your vehicle before tuning. At RMP Chiptuning, we also offer safe modifications that do not affect the warranty.

The increase varies depending on the vehicle make, model and engine type.

Proper tuning can both increase performance and save fuel depending on driving style. Consumption may increase in aggressive use, but efficiency can be achieved in economical driving.

Depending on the vehicle and engine type, it is usually completed in 1-3 hours. Some vehicles may require detailed testing and software adjustment, in which case the time may take a little longer.
